I've had this problem (but only a part of it) for nearly two years now. I am now 16 years old ( almost 17 ), virgin (I've had merely oral using condom ) and I am a bit worried about this. I've also seen a dermatologist one year ago and he told me it was nothing to worry about, nevertheless I have some worries. In the lower section of the dick as well as on the testicles I have some lumps ( I think they are fordyce areas ), which I kind of got used to, they appeared two years back. At the bottom of the penile head I also have some bumps ( you are able to see everything in the images ) and on the real penile head I have a kind of patch that is distinct in colour.
I have been concerned with some newer bumps on my penis. Ever since I Have started puberty, I Have had forcyde spots on the bottom of my penis all the way from the base to where the foreskin ends (I'm circumsized). They have always disturbed me and are ridiculously unsighlty but I've gone to the physician and he's given the okay saying that it's normal to me. The odd thing is the fact that some have small tiny hairs growing out of them (yeah quite gross but what can ya do?). You can not actually see them unless you scrutinize it closely with a black background.

a little over per month ago, I had unprotected sex with a female who about 2 weeks after was diagnosed as having HSV2. I still have not presented with any of the apparent symptoms such as warts or bumps on my penis, but I have experienced an on-again off-again burning sensation just in of the tip of my penis. Most of the time I'd say though for a day or two about a week ago it did move up to what I'd call debilitating, it's just irritating. I went to the physician on the second "debilitating" day and he ran blood tests for herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, all which came back negative, and he also did a urine evaluation, which came back clean. after seeing my doctor, over the holiday weekend, I pulled the tip of my penis apart and looked in (it hadn't happened to me to do this prior for some reason) and saw what looked like might've been a cold sore sort wound about 1/4 of an inch inside. It appeared grayish, although I couldn't really get a very good look at it. the area immediately around it didn't appear to be any more crimson than the nearby skin. I 'd actually supposed it'd healed up and was going away because over the previous weekend, it didn't trouble me at all, but then unexpectedly today the burning sensation has come back again (to irritating level, not painful). I haven't had any sexual activity since october 30, which was when I slept with the girl that turned out to have herpes.
I 'd the 6 month Joined HSV 1/2 IgG, no antibodies detected. I know the test isn't as accurate or does not sort, but having a kind special evaluation at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much assures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I quit thinking about it.......symptoms started to gradually disapear. No more examining myself 20 times a day. The head may be a potent thing. For some of us anxiety or tension syptoms can mimic nearly anything and the list is looooong.
I had the 6 month antibodies found. I've just read this entire thread and and 100% similar to you all. I yet have been complaining about these symptoms for about 4 years. They have been off and on. At first I tested positive for Ureaplasma a bacteria that caused the painful sting in the point of the urethrea. A round of antibiotics later and the pain was subdued, definitely not what it was (It was terrible, I really couldn't sleep at all etc etc) but still have a waning and waxing of biting at the suggestion for a month or two here and there. I analyzed during this time 5 times - negative for everything every time. It seemed that when I 'd long lasting relationships when I was not in those relationships, it went away the most almost entirely and had casual sexual encounters it'd return for a while. My doctors (4) all said it was in my head also and like you all it looks HOPELESS - its too distressing to be imitation. But I also believe in my physicians and science and also believe now that it might be prostititis or CPPS. I don't have bacteria or a disorder - I know that from wide-ranging evaluations I simply could never find out what this coming and going of pain was. I understand it come during incredibly intense times of stress and or stressful sexual experiences, and or only the mental f upwards from the first time I really had something.
Ive been positive for ureaplasma urealyticum 3 times over the previous 4 years. This was the original source of the debilitating tip of the penis. I was treated with doxycyclene, and had a negative culture after treatment even thought I still felt it (though at about 1/3 or less intensity - it was unbearable when I was actually infected.) Anyway, it took about 3 - 4 months till the sting burn went away - I had since my sustained pain could not be explained by the urologist 5 repeat cultures done for ureaplasma, clamidia etc to make certain - all cultures came back negative. Urologist said it was likely in my head or something.
Because I actually really didn't have anything, anyway, I never told my partners - my urologist said I was fully std free despite my symptoms. From having an actual bacterial infection, he tried to separate my symptoms. Villa Park, CA std test. He believed I was experiencing symptoms but also believed I 'd no aggressive or testable ailment of any sort. To back up this theory 4 partners both long and short term never got anything, and believe me - they'd have. Again, I was tested negative for everything 5 times so I believed it was ethical to do this with long term relationships. I told them I 'd nothing - it was true - they got nothing - but I continued to have unpredictable stinging in the tip. I should say here and I was not giving her anything and that the more comfortable I got with a woman the more sex I had the more calmed I got that it was true. And I got progressively better. It all seems ridiculous.
So about 2.5 years in I 'd drunk sex with someone and the symptoms returned in a big way. I was recaptured and positive with ureaplasma. Like the very first time I felt the serious stinging by about mid day. Really extreme - close to intolerable - squirming. Unable to concentrate on anything but the burn. Was given more antibiotics - symptoms subsided continuing symptoms. despite to about 1/3 and more cultures - I acknowledge the symptoms are substantially worse when I 've ureaplasma cultures that are positive.
So anyway, after 4 years becoming infected with ureaplasma a few times like an idiot (believed my urologist says its easy to cure just take a choice of antibiotics for 1-3 weeks and thats constantly killed it in every instance in all his 30 years of exercise.) He did mention perhaps it was prostatitis checked my prostate on two occasions felt good - looked at fluid excreted from said examination under a microscope all fine - assessed my urine a dozen times all wonderful he said I'm good. Villa Park CA std test. However, I sense the foul burn - 4 years later.
Im actually surprised this is not more understood since it feels sooooo terrible. Im seeing him again tomorrow we are going to attempt to examine an ejaculate sample - he says it may flush out the bacteria better when compared to a cotton swab of the tip of my urethra (the manner we've been culturing) and maybe we can find a positive for ureaplasma while the swab gives negative. Im going to mention CPPS for the very first time and ask about it - also ask for thoughts pills and some muscle relaxers to get me off this nonstop focusing on the sting. Std Test near Villa Park, CA. I have trust this is mental caused by an actual infection which scared the pants off me and every sting digs on my mind greatly leading to stinging. Its a filthy chain. I am hoping I can break it - I do not need to live with this forever.
