I've had this problem (but just part of it) for almost two years now. I'm now 16 years old ( almost 17 ), virgin (I've had only oral using condom ) and I 'm a bit worried about this. I've also seen a dermatologist one year ago and he told me it was nothing to worry about, nevertheless I have some anxieties. In the lower part of the dick and on the testicles I 've some bulges ( I think they are fordyce areas ), which I kind of got used to, they seemed two years ago. At the bottom of the penile head I also have some bumps ( it is possible to see everything in the graphics ) and on the real penile head I 've a sort of spot that's different in colour.
I have been concerned with some newer bumps on my penis. Ever since I Have began puberty, I've had forcyde places on the bottom of my penis all the way from the foundation to where the foreskin ends (I'm circumsized). They have always disturbed me and are unsighlty but I Have gone to the physician and he's given the okay saying that it's ordinary to me. The odd thing is that some have little tiny hairs growing out of them (yeah quite gross but what can ya do?). You can't actually see them unless you inspect it closely with a black backdrop.

a little over a month ago, I had unprotected sex with a female who about 2 weeks later was diagnosed as having HSV2. I still have not presented with any of the obvious symptoms such as warts or bumps on my penis, but I've experienced an on-again off-again burning sense just in of the tip of my penis. Most of the time I'd say it's just irritating, though for a day or two about a week ago it did move up to what I'd call distressing. I visited the doctor on the second "distressing" day and he ran blood tests for herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, all which came back negative, and he also did a urine evaluation, which came back clean. after seeing my doctor, over the holiday weekend, I pulled the point of my penis apart and looked in (it hadn't happened to me to do this earlier for some reason) and saw what looked like might've been a cold sore sort wound about 1/4 of an inch inside. It appeared grayish, although I couldn't really get a quite good look at it. the region immediately around it did not appear to be any more crimson than the nearby skin. I had actually assumed it had healed up and was going away because over the past weekend, it didn't trouble me at all, but then abruptly today the burning sense has come back again (to irritating level, not debilitating). I haven't had any sexual activity since october 30, which was when I slept with the girl that turned out to have herpes.
I 'd the 6 month Combined HSV 1/2 IgG, no antibodies found. I understand the evaluation is not as accurate or does not sort, but having a sort particular test at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much assures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I quit thinking about it.......symptoms started to slowly disapear. No more. The mind can be a powerful thing. For a few of us anxiety or tension syptoms can mimic virtually anything and the list is looooong.

I have only read this entire thread and and 100% similar to you all. I nevertheless have been whining about these symptoms for about 4 years. They have been on and off. At first I tested positive for Ureaplasma a bacteria that caused the painful sting in the tip of the urethrea. A round of antibiotics later and the pain was subdued, certainly not what it was (It was dreadful, I couldn't sleep at all etc etc) but still have a waning and waxing of stinging at the suggestion for a month or two here and there. I examined in this time 5 times - negative for everything every time. It appeared that when I had casual sexual encounters and had long lasting relationships when I wasn't in those relationships it went away the most almost totally it'd return for some time. My doctors (4) all said it was in my head also and like you all it looks HOPELESS - its too painful to be imitation. But I also believe in science and my physicians and also believe that it could be CPPS or prostititis. I really don't have bacteria or a disorder - I understand that from wide-ranging tests I just could never find out what this coming and going of pain was. I understand it come during or just, and incredibly extreme times of tension and or nerve-racking sexual encounters the mental f upward from the very first time I actually had something.
Ive been positive for ureaplasma urealyticum 3 times over the past 4 years. This was the initial source of the painful point of the dick. I was treated with doxycyclene, and had a negative culture after treatment even believed I still believed it (though at about 1/3 or less intensity - it was unbearable when I was really infected.) It took about 3 - 4 months till the sting burn went away - I had 5 repeat cultures done for ureaplasma, clamidia etc to make certain since the urologist couldn't clarify my ongoing pain - all cultures came back negative. Urologist said it was likely in my head or something.
Because I actually really didn't have anything, anyway, I never told my partners - my urologist said I was completely std free despite my symptoms. He tried to divide my symptoms from having an actual bacterial illness. Arriba CO std test. He considered I was experiencing symptoms but also considered I had no testable or aggressive disease of any kind. To back up this theory 4 partners both short and long term never got anything, and believe me - they'd have. Again, I was tested negative for everything 5 times so I believed it was ethical to do this with long term relationships. I told them I 'd nothing - it was true - they got nothing - but I continued to have inconsistent stinging at the tip. I should say here and I was not giving her anything and that the more comfortable I got with a woman the more sex I 'd the more relaxed I got that it was accurate. And I got progressively better. Everything seems silly.
So about 2.5 years in I 'd drunk sex with someone and the symptoms returned in a big way. I was positive and recaptured with ureaplasma. Like the first time that I felt the major stinging by about mid day. Very extreme - close to excruciating - squirming. Unable to concentrate on anything but the burn. Was given more antibiotics - symptoms subsided continuing symptoms. despite to about 1/3 and more cultures - I admit the symptoms are substantially worse when I have ureaplasma cultures that are positive.
So anyway, after 4 years becoming infected with ureaplasma a few times like an idiot (presumed my urologist says its easy to treat only take a selection of antibiotics for 1-3 weeks and thats always killed it in every instance in all his 30 years of practice.) He did mention maybe it was assessed my prostate on two occasions felt good - looked at fluid excreted from said examination under a microscope all fine - assessed my pee a dozen times all excellent he said I am good. Arriba CO Std Test. However, I sense the nasty burn - 4 years later.
Im really surprised this isn't more known since it feels sooooo bad. Im seeing him again tomorrow we are going to attempt to examine an ejaculate sample - he says it can flush out the bacteria better than a cotton swab of the tip of my urethra (the way we have been culturing) and maybe we can discover a positive for ureaplasma while the swab gives negative. Im going to mention CPPS for the first time and ask about it - also ask for some muscle relaxers and thoughts pills to get me off this nonstop focusing on the sting. Std Test near Arriba, CO. I have expect this is mental caused by an actual infection which scared the pants off me and every sting digs my mind intensely leading to more stinging. Its a nasty chain. I am hoping it can be broken by me - I do not need to live with this forever.
