I've had this problem (but only a part of it) for nearly a couple of years now. I am currently 16 years old ( almost 17 ), virgin (I've had only oral using condom ) and I am a bit worried about this. In the lower portion of the organ and on the testicles I 've some bulges ( I believe they're fordyce areas ), which I kind of got used to, they seemed two years ago. At the base of the penile head I also have some bulges ( it is possible to see everything in the images ) and on the actual penile head I 've a kind of patch that is different in colour.
I've been concerned with some newer bumps on my penis. Ever since I Have started puberty, I've had forcyde places on the bottom of my penis all the way from the base to where the foreskin ends (I'm circumsized). They've always troubled me and are unsighlty but I've gone to the physician and he's given me the okay saying that it's normal. The odd thing is that some have little tiny hairs growing out of them (yeah quite gross but what can ya do?). You can not actually see them unless you inspect it carefully with a black background.

a little over per month ago, I had unprotected sex with a female who about 2 weeks later was diagnosed as having HSV2. I still haven't presented with any of the obvious symptoms such as warts or lumps on my penis, but I have experienced an on-again off-again burning sensation just inside of the tip of my penis. Most of the time I would say it is just irritating, though for a day or two about a week ago it did move up to what I'd call painful. I went to the physician on the second "debilitating" day and he ran blood tests for herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, all which came back negative, and he also did a urine analysis, which came back clean. after viewing my doctor, over the holiday weekend, I pulled the point of my penis apart and looked in (it hadn't occurred to me to do this prior for some reason) and saw what looked like might've been a cold sore sort wound about 1/4 of an inch inside. It appeared grayish, although I couldn't actually get a quite good look at it. the area immediately around it did not seem to be any more red than the nearby skin. I had actually assumed it'd healed up and was going away because over the previous weekend, it didn't bother me at all, but then unexpectedly today the burning sense has come back again (to irritating level, not painful). I haven't had any sexual activity since october 30, which was when I slept with the girl that turned out to have herpes.
I had the 6 month Combined HSV 1/2 IgG, no antibodies discovered. I understand the test isn't as exact or does not type, but having a type unique evaluation at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much assures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I stopped thinking about it.......symptoms started to gradually disapear. No more. The head may be a powerful thing. For a number of us virtually anything can be mimiced by stress or anxiety syptoms and the list is looooong.

I have only read and 100% and this entire thread similar to you all. I nonetheless have been complaining about these symptoms for around 4 years. They have been on and off. At first I tested positive for Ureaplasma a bacteria that caused the painful sting at the tip of the urethrea. A round of antibiotics later and the pain was subdued, certainly not what it was (It was dreadful, I really couldn't sleep at all etc etc) but still have a waning and waxing of stinging at the hint for a month or two here and there. I examined in this time 5 times - negative for everything every time. It appeared that when I had casual sexual encounters and had long lasting relationships when I was not in those relationships it went away the most practically entirely it'd return for a little while. My physicians (4) all said it was in my head also and like you all it appears HOPELESS - its too distressing to be fake. But I also believe in my doctors and science as well as believe that it might be CPPS or prostititis. I actually don't have bacteria or a disease - I know that from wide-ranging evaluations I only could never find out what this coming and going of pain was. I realize it come during incredibly intense times of strain and or nerve-racking encounters that are sexual, and or only the mental f up from the very first time I really had something.
Ive been positive for ureaplasma urealyticum 3 times over the past 4 years. This was the initial source of the distressing tip of the penis. I was treated with doxycyclene, and had a negative culture after treatment even believed I still believed it (though at about 1/3 or less intensity - it was unbearable when I was really infected.) It took about 3 - 4 months till the sting burn went away - I 'd 5 repeat cultures done for ureaplasma, clamidia etc to make sure since the urologist could not describe my continuing pain - all cultures came back negative. Urologist said it was likely in my head or something called reiters syndrome.
Anyway, I never told my partners because I actually really did not have anything - my urologist said I was completely std free despite my symptoms. From having an actual bacterial disease, he tried to split my symptoms. Blue Hill ME std test. He believed I was experiencing symptoms but also considered I had no testable or aggressive disease of any kind. To back up this theory 4 partners both long and short term believe me, and never got anything - they'd have. I was tested negative for everything 5 times so I felt it was ethical to do this with long term relationships. I told them I 'd nothing - it was true - they got nothing - but I continued to have fickle stinging at the point. I should say here that the more comfortable I got with a girl the more sex I 'd the more quieted I got that it was accurate and and I wasn't giving her anything. And I got progressively better. It all looks ridiculous.
So about 2.5 years in I had drunk sex with someone and the symptoms returned in a big way. I was recaptured and positive again with ureaplasma. Like the first time I felt the serious stinging by about mid day. Really intense - close to unbearable - squirming. Unable to concentrate on anything but the burn. Was given more antibiotics - symptoms subsided to negative cultures - more about 1/3 and despite ongoing symptoms. I acknowledge the symptoms are much worse when I have positive ureaplasma cultures.
So anyway, after 4 years becoming infected with ureaplasma a few times like an idiot (presumed my urologist says its simple to heal just take a selection of antibiotics for 1-3 weeks and thats constantly killed it in every instance in all his 30 years of training.) He did mention perhaps it was assessed my prostate on two occasions felt alright - looked at fluid excreted from said examination under a microscope fine - checked my pee a dozen times all wonderful he said I am fine. Blue Hill ME std test. But I sense the foul burn still - 4 years later.
Im really surprised this is not more known since it feels sooooo bad. Im seeing him again tomorrow we are going to try to analyze an ejaculate sample - he says it may flush out the bacteria better when compared to a cotton swab of the point of my urethra (the way we have been culturing) and perhaps we can find a positive for ureaplasma while the swab gives negative. Im going to mention CPPS for the first time and ask about it - also ask for thoughts pills and some muscle relaxers to get me off this nonstop focusing on the sting. Std Test near Blue Hill ME. I have expect this is mental caused by a real disease which scared the pants off me and every sting digs my head intensely leading to more stinging. Its a nasty chain. I hope it can be broken by me - I do not desire to live with this forever.
