I've also seen a dermatologist one year ago and he told me it was nothing to worry about, however I have some concerns. In the lower portion of the dick and on the testicles I 've some bumps ( I think they are fordyce spots ), which I kind of got used to, they seemed two years ago. At the base of the penile head I also have some bumps ( you can see everything in the images ) and on the real penile head I 've a sort of patch that's different in colour.
I've been concerned with some newer bumps on my penis. Ever since I've began puberty, I've had forcyde areas on the underside of my penis all the way from the base to where the foreskin ends (I am circumsized). They've are unsighlty and always bothered me but I Have gone to the doctor and he's given me the okay saying that it is normal. The odd thing is that some have little tiny hairs growing out of them (yeah quite gross but what can ya do?). You can't really see them unless you inspect it carefully with a black background.

a little over per month ago, I had unprotected sex with a female who about 2 weeks after was diagnosed as having HSV2. I still have not presented with any of the obvious symptoms such as bumps or warts on my penis, but I've experienced an on-again off-again burning sense just inside of the tip of my penis. Most of the time I'd say though for a day or two about a week ago it did move up to what I'd call painful, it's simply irritating. I went to the physician on the second "painful" day and he ran blood tests for herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, all of which came back negative, and he also did a urine evaluation, which came back clean. after seeing my doctor, over the holiday weekend, I pulled the point of my penis apart and looked in (it hadn't occurred to me to do this prior for some reason) and saw what looked like might've been a cold sore type wound about 1/4 of an inch in. I could not actually get a quite good look at it, but it appeared grayish. the region immediately around it did not appear to be any more red than the nearby skin. I 'd really supposed it'd healed up and was going away because over the past weekend, it didn't trouble me at all, but then suddenly today the burning sensation has come back again (to irritating amount, not debilitating). I haven't had any sexual activity since october 30, which was when I slept with the girl that turned out to have herpes.
I 'd the 6 month Joined HSV 1/2 IgG, no antibodies discovered. I understand the test isn't as precise or doesn't sort, but having a type unique evaluation at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much reassures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I stopped thinking about it.......symptoms started to slowly disapear. No more examining myself 20 times a day. The mind may be a strong thing. For a few of us almost anything can be mimiced by pressure or anxiety syptoms and the list is looooong.

I have just read and 100% and this whole thread similar to you all. I however have been complaining about these symptoms for around 4 years. They've been off and on. At first I tested positive for Ureaplasma a bacteria that caused the painful sting in the point of the urethrea. A round of antibiotics later and the pain was subdued, certainly not what it was (It was horrid, I could not sleep at all etc etc) but still have a waning and waxing of biting at the trick for a month or two here and there. I examined during this time 5 times - negative for everything every time. It seemed that when I 'd long lasting relationships it went away the most almost completely, when I wasn't in those relationships and had casual sexual encounters it'd return for a while. My physicians (4) all said it was in my head also and enjoy you all it looks IMPOSSIBLE - its too distressing to be imitation. But I also believe in science and my physicians as well as believe now that it may be prostititis or CPPS. I really don't have a disease or bacteria - I know that from wide-ranging tests I only could never find out what this coming and going of pain was. I realize it come during incredibly intense times of or nerve-racking sexual experiences and anxiety, and or only the mental f upward from the very first time I really had something.
Ive been positive for ureaplasma urealyticum 3 times over the past 4 years. This was the first source of the debilitating point of the penis. I was treated with doxycyclene, and had a negative culture after treatment even thought I still felt it (though at about 1/3 or less intensity - it was excruciating when I was actually infected.) Anyway, it took about 3 - 4 months till the sting burn went away - I had 5 repeat cultures done for ureaplasma, clamidia etc to make sure since the urologist could not explain my sustained pain - all cultures came back negative. Urologist said it was likely in my head or something.
Because I truly really did not have anything, anyway, I never told my partners - my urologist said I was entirely std free despite my symptoms. He tried to split my symptoms from having an actual bacterial illness. Raynham MA std test. He considered I was experiencing symptoms but also believed I 'd no active or testable disease of any sort. To back up this theory 4 partners both long and short term believe me, and never got anything - they'd have. Again, I was tested negative for everything 5 times so I felt it was ethical to do this with long term relationships. I told them I had nothing - it was true - they got nothing - but I continued to have erratic stinging in the tip. I should say here and I wasn't giving her anything and that the more comfortable I got with a woman the more sex I had the more quieted I got that it was accurate. And I got increasingly better. It all seems silly.
So about 2.5 years in I 'd drunk sex with someone and the symptoms returned in a big way. I was recaptured and positive with ureaplasma. Like the very first time I felt the major stinging the next day by about mid day. Quite intense - close to unbearable - squirming. Unable to concentrate on anything but the burn. Was given more antibiotics - symptoms subsided to about 1/3 and more - that were cultures despite ongoing symptoms. I acknowledge the symptoms are much worse when I 've positive ureaplasma cultures.
So anyway, after 4 years getting infected with ureaplasma a few times like an idiot (presumed my urologist says its simple to heal just take a choice of antibiotics for 1-3 weeks and thats constantly killed it in every case in all his 30 years of practice.) He did mention maybe it was checked my prostate on two occasions felt alright - looked at fluid excreted from said exam under a microscope all fine - assessed my urine a dozen times all great he said I am fine. Raynham MA std test. However, I sense the nasty burn - 4 years after.
Im actually surprised this is not more understood since it feels sooooo terrible. Im seeing him again tomorrow we are going to try and analyze an ejaculate sample - he says it could flush out the bacteria better than a cotton swab of the tip of my urethra (the manner we've been culturing) and maybe we can find a positive for ureaplasma while the swab gives negative. Im going to mention CPPS for the very first time and ask about it - also ask for mind pills and some muscle relaxers to get me off this nonstop focusing on the sting. Std Test closest to Raynham, MA. I 've expect this is mental caused by a real illness which scared the pants off me and every sting digs on my mind profoundly leading to more stinging. Its a nasty chain. I am hoping it can be broken by me - I don't need to live with this forever.
