I've had this problem (but merely part of it) for nearly a couple of years now. I'm currently 16 years old ( almost 17 ), virgin (I've had merely oral using condom ) and I am a bit worried about this. I've also seen a dermatologist one year past and he told me it was nothing to be concerned about, however I have some anxieties. In the lower part of the organ and on the testicles I 've some bulges ( I believe they're fordyce spots ), which I kind of got used to, they seemed a couple of years ago. At the base of the penile head I also have some lumps ( you are able to see everything in the graphics ) and on the real penile head I have a kind of patch that is distinct in colour.
I have been concerned with some newer bumps on my penis. Ever since I've began puberty, I Have had forcyde areas on the underside of my penis all the way from the base to where the foreskin ends (I'm circumsized). They have always bothered me and are ridiculously unsighlty but I Have gone to the doctor and he's given the okay saying that it's regular to me. The strange thing is that some have small tiny hairs growing out of them (yeah pretty gross but what can ya do?). You can't really see them unless you scrutinize it closely with a black backdrop.

a little over a month ago, I had unprotected sex with a female who about 2 weeks after was diagnosed as having HSV2. I still have not presented with any of the apparent symptoms such as bumps or warts on my penis, but I've experienced an on-again off-again burning sensation just in of the tip of my penis. Most of the time I'd say though for a day or two about a week ago it did move up to what I would call distressing, it is simply irritating. I visited the doctor on the second "debilitating" day and he ran blood tests for herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, all of which came back negative, and he also did a urine analysis, which came back clean. after seeing my doctor, over the holiday weekend, I pulled the tip of my penis apart and looked in (it hadn't occurred to me to do this prior for some reason) and saw what looked like might've been a cold sore type wound about 1/4 of an inch in. It seemed grayish, although I could not really get a very good look at it. the area immediately around it didn't seem to be any more red than the nearby skin. I had really assumed it had healed up and was going away because over the past weekend, it did not disturb me at all, but then abruptly now the burning sensation has come back again (to irritating degree, not debilitating). I haven't had any sexual activity since october 30, which was when I slept with the girl that turned out to have herpes.
I had the 6 month Joined HSV 1/2 IgG, no antibodies found. I know the test isn't as exact or doesn't sort, but having a sort special test at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much assures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I stopped thinking about it.......symptoms began to slowly disapear. No more. The mind may be a potent thing. For a number of us virtually anything can be mimiced by anxiety or pressure syptoms and the list is looooong.
I 'd the 6 month antibodies detected. I understand the evaluation is not as exact or does not type, but having a kind specific test at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much assures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I ceased thinking about it.......symptoms started to slowly disapear. No more. The head can be a powerful thing. For a few of us stress or anxiety syptoms can mimic almost the list and anything is looooong.show
I've just read and 100% and this whole thread similar to you all. I however have been complaining about these symptoms for around 4 years. They have been off and on. At first I tested positive for Ureaplasma a bacteria that caused the painful sting at the tip of the urethrea. A round of antibiotics later and the pain was subdued, definitely not what it was (It was horrid, I really couldn't sleep at all etc etc) but still have a waning and waxing of stinging at the tip for a month or two here and there. I analyzed during this time 5 times - negative for everything every time. It appeared that when I 'd long lasting relationships when I was not in those relationships, it went away the most practically totally and had casual sexual encounters it would return for a short time. My doctors (4) all said it was in my head also and enjoy you all it appears IMPOSSIBLE - its too distressing to be imitation. But I also believe in my doctors and science as well as believe that it could be prostititis or CPPS. I really don't have a disease or bacteria - I understand that from wide-ranging evaluations I simply could never find out what this coming and going of pain was. I recognize it come during exceptionally intense times of or nerve-racking sexual encounters and tension, and or just the mental f upward from the first time I actually had something.
Ive been positive for ureaplasma urealyticum 3 times over the previous 4 years. This was the initial origin of the debilitating tip of the penis. I was treated with doxycyclene, and had a negative culture after treatment even believed I still believed it (though at about 1/3 or less intensity - it was unbearable when I was actually infected.) Anyway, it took about 3 - 4 months till the sting burn went away - I 'd since my continued pain could not be explained by the urologist 5 repeat cultures done for ureaplasma, clamidia etc to make sure - all cultures came back negative. Urologist said it was likely in my head or something called reiters syndrome.
Because I truly really didn't have anything anyway, I never told my partners - my urologist said I was completely std free despite my symptoms. He attempted to separate my symptoms from having an actual bacterial disease. Trident MT std test. He believed I was experiencing symptoms but also believed I 'd no aggressive or testable disease of any kind. To back up this theory 4 partners both long and short term never got anything, and believe me - they would have. Again, I was tested negative for everything 5 times so I felt it was ethical to do this with long term relationships. I told them I 'd nothing - it was accurate - they got nothing - but I continued to have fickle stinging in the tip. I should say here that the more comfortable I got with a woman the more sex I 'd the more calmed I got that it was authentic and and I wasn't giving her anything. And I got increasingly better. Everything seems ridiculous.
So about 2.5 years in I 'd drunk sex with someone and the symptoms returned in a big way. I was positive and recaptured with ureaplasma. Like the first time that I felt the serious stinging by about mid day. Really extreme - close to excruciating - squirming. Unable to concentrate on anything but the burn. Was given more antibiotics - symptoms subsided continuing symptoms. despite to about 1/3 and more negative cultures - I declare the symptoms are substantially worse when I 've positive ureaplasma cultures.
So anyway, after 4 years becoming infected with ureaplasma a few times like an idiot (presumed my urologist says its easy to treat only take a choice of antibiotics for 1-3 weeks and thats always killed it in every instance in all his 30 years of training.) He did mention maybe it was prostatitis assessed my prostate on two occasions felt alright - looked at fluid excreted from said exam under a microscope fine - assessed my pee a dozen times all excellent he said I am good. Trident, MT std test. However, I sense the filthy burn - 4 years later.
Im actually surprised this is not more known since it feels sooooo awful. Im seeing him again tomorrow we are going to try to test an ejaculate sample - he says it can flush out the bacteria better than a cotton swab of the tip of my urethra (the way we've been culturing) and perhaps we can discover a positive for ureaplasma while the swab gives negative. Im going to mention CPPS for the first time and ask about it - also ask for mind pills and some muscle relaxers to get me off this nonstop focusing on the sting. Std test near me Trident, MT. I have hope this is mental caused by an actual infection which scared the pants off me and every sting digs my head deeper leading to stinging. Its a nasty chain. I hope I can break it - I do not need to live with this forever.
