They've always troubled me and are ridiculously unsighlty but I Have gone to the doctor and he is given the okay saying that it is regular to me. The bizarre thing is that some have little tiny hairs growing out of them (yeah pretty gross but what can ya do?). You can't really see them unless you inspect it closely with a black background.

a little over a month ago, I had unprotected sex with a female who approximately 2 weeks after was diagnosed as having HSV2. I still haven't presented with any of the apparent symptoms such as bumps or warts on my penis, but I've experienced an on-again off-again burning sense just inside of the point of my penis. Most of the time I'd say it is simply irritating, though for a day or two about a week ago it did move up to what I'd call painful. I visited the doctor on the second "debilitating" day and he ran blood tests for herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, all which came back negative, and he also did a urine analysis, which came back clean. after seeing my doctor, over the holiday weekend, I pulled the tip of my penis apart and looked in (it hadn't happened to me to do this earlier for some reason) and saw what looked like might've been a cold sore kind wound about 1/4 of an inch in. I could not really get a quite good look at it, but it appeared grayish. the area immediately around it did not appear to be any more red than the nearby skin. I had really assumed it had healed up and was going away because over the past weekend, it didn't trouble me at all, but then unexpectedly today the burning sense has come back again (to irritating level, not painful). I haven't had any sexual activity since october 30, which was when I slept with the girl that turned out to have herpes.
I had the 6 month Joined HSV 1/2 IgG, no antibodies discovered. I understand the evaluation is not as exact or doesn't sort, but having a kind special test at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much assures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I stopped thinking about it.......symptoms started to slowly disapear. No more. The mind can be a potent thing. For some of us virtually anything can be mimiced by anxiety or stress syptoms and the list is looooong.
I 'd the 6 month antibodies detected. I know the test isn't as precise or does not kind, but having a type special test at 15 weeks and this at 6 months pretty much reassures me its not HSV....................................and guess what........I ceased thinking about it.......symptoms started to slowly disapear. No more. The mind can be a potent thing. For some of us tension or anxiety syptoms can mimic nearly the list and anything is looooong.show
I've just read and 100% and this entire thread similar to you all. I however have been whining about these symptoms for around 4 years. They have been on and off. At first I tested positive for Ureaplasma a bacteria that caused the painful sting in the point of the urethrea. A round of antibiotics after and the pain was subdued, definitely not what it was (It was dreadful, I could not sleep at all etc etc) but still have a waning and waxing of biting at the suggestion for a month or two here and there. I retested during this time 5 times - negative for everything every time. It seemed that when I 'd long lasting relationships it went away the most nearly completely, when I was not in those relationships and had casual sexual encounters it'd come back for a while. My doctors (4) all said it was in my head as well and like you all it seems IMPOSSIBLE - its too distressing to be fake. But I believe that it could be prostititis or CPPS and also also believe in science and my physicians. I actually don't have bacteria or a disorder - I know that from wide-ranging tests I simply could never find out what this coming and going of pain was. I recognize it come during or just, and incredibly intense times of pressure and or nerve-racking sexual experiences the mental f up from the first time I really had something.
Ive been positive for ureaplasma urealyticum 3 times over the past 4 years. This was the initial origin of the debilitating point of the penis. I was treated with doxycyclene, and had a negative culture after treatment even believed I still felt it (though at about 1/3 or less intensity - it was unbearable when I was really infected.) Anyway, it took about 3 - 4 months till the sting burn went away - I 'd since my sustained pain could not be explained by the urologist, 5 repeat cultures done for ureaplasma, clamidia etc to make certain - all cultures came back negative. Urologist said it was likely in my head or something.
Anyway, I never told my partners because I truly really did not have anything - my urologist said I was completely std free despite my symptoms. From having an actual bacterial disease, he attempted to split my symptoms. Baker NV Std Test. He considered I was experiencing symptoms but also considered I 'd no active or testable disorder of any kind. To back up this theory 4 partners both long and short term never got anything, and believe me - they'd have. Again, I was tested negative for everything 5 times so I felt it was ethical to do this with long term relationships. I told them I had nothing - it was accurate - they got nothing - but I continued to have erratic stinging in the point. I should say here that the more comfortable I got with a woman the more sex I had the more calmed I got that it was authentic and and I wasn't giving her anything. And I got increasingly better. Everything looks silly.
So about 2.5 years in I had drunk sex with someone and the symptoms returned in a big way. I was positive and recaptured with ureaplasma. Like the very first time I felt the major stinging the very next day by about mid day. Really extreme - close to unbearable - squirming. Unable to concentrate on anything but the burn. Was given more antibiotics - symptoms subsided to about 1/3 and more - that were cultures despite continuing symptoms. I declare the symptoms are considerably worse when I have positive ureaplasma cultures.
So anyway, after 4 years becoming infected with ureaplasma a few times like an idiot (believed my urologist says its easy to cure only take a choice of antibiotics for 1-3 weeks and thats always killed it in every instance in all his 30 years of exercise.) He did mention perhaps it was prostatitis assessed my prostate on two occasions felt fine - looked at fluid excreted from said examination under a microscope all fine - checked my pee a dozen times all wonderful he said I am good. Baker, NV std test. However, I sense the nasty burn - 4 years after.
Im actually surprised this isn't more known since it feels sooooo bad. Im seeing him again tomorrow we are going to try to analyze an ejaculate sample - he says it could flush out the bacteria better when compared to a cotton swab of the tip of my urethra (the manner we've been culturing) and maybe we can discover a positive for ureaplasma while the swab gives negative. Im going to mention CPPS for the very first time and ask about it - also ask for some muscle relaxers and thoughts pills to get me off this nonstop focusing on the sting. Std Test near Baker, NV. I have expect this is mental caused by an actual disease which scared the pants off me and every sting digs my head intensely leading to more stinging. Its a filthy chain. I am hoping I can break it - I do not desire to live with this forever.
